Personal Training           

A certified personal trainer will guide and assist you in a fitness program specifically created to achieve your indiviual goals and meet your individual needs.  Working with a trainer enables you to become more independent in your workout.  Strength training improves muscle strength and endurance, ligament and tendon strength and joint flexibility.  It also improves bone density.  The trainer utilizes simple tools so that you can get a great workout at home or at the office.

Cardio-kickboxing           

In this exhiliarating class you will do kicking and punching movements to music, giving you a total cardio workout.  You will gain strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination and burn loads of calories while having a great time.  Taught by a certified kickboxing instructor.

$250 for this 1 hour workshop, maximum 15 participants.

Strength Training with Elastic Bands           

In this challenging class you get total body conditioning and strengthening using a variety of rubber resistance tubing.  You quickly reap the benefits as you tone up, get stronger, improve endurance, flexibility, bone density and balance.  Core strength is also targeted. This group resistance class is set to music so you will get fit and have fun.  Taught by a certified personal trainer.

$250 for this 1 hour workshop, maximum 10 participants.

TaeKwonDo            

In this class you will gain self-esteem, discipline, coordination and balance while learning self-defense, getting a great work-out and having fun!  TaeKwonDo is a form of martial art that also gives great stress relief and helps you achieve better physical and emotional well-being.  Taught by a World TaeKwonDo Federation (WTF) certified instructor.

$250 for this 1 hour workshop, maximum 15 participants.
