Tai Chi   

Tai Chi is the ancient practice of meditation and martial arts.  It is a slow, gentle circular motion to still the mind and to increase one's energy level.  The practice results in the relaxation response which has healing effects and increases productivity.

Chi Gong     

Chi gong is an ancient Chinese energetic practice utilizing breath, visualization and movement or stillness to cultivate internal energy for health and healing of self and others.
